The Global MBA program at Temple University’s Fox School of Business again ranks in the Top 45 in the nation, according to The Economist’s 2013 Which MBA? ranking.
The annual ranking, released Oct. 10, recognizes the top 100 full-time MBA programs worldwide according to three years of data (2011-13) drawn from questionnaires of business schools, students, and recent graduates in areas such as quality of faculty and career services, student diversity, breadth of alumni network, and salary increase after graduation.
The Fox School is ranked No. 43 in the nation and No. 77 globally. Fox and the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School are the only MBA programs in Greater Philadelphia to be ranked by The Economist, a prestigious international publication.
“Once again, the quality of a Fox MBA has been recognized as one of the world’s best value propositions in graduate business education,” Dean M. Moshe Porat said. “With our Global MBA program, Fox students experience the world first-hand while also learning from elite faculty. Combine that with superb services, and our students are well-equipped to advance themselves professionally and personally.”
Fox’s Global MBA – one of four MBA programs the school offers – features four key elements: two global immersion experiences (one each year) with a focus on emerging markets; experiential learning opportunities for real clients through the Fox Management Consulting (Fox-MC) Practice and a structured internship; dual-degree options with the school’s array of specialized masters programs; and an individualized professional development plan.
In 2012, Fox MBAs had a 100 percent internship placement rate and a 97.7 percent job-placement rate within three months of graduation, which is the best in the nation, according to the 2013 Forbes Best Business Schools ranking. Fox’s renowned Center for Student Professional Development (CSPD) provides career services leading to superb internship and employment opportunities for both undergraduate and graduate students.
